July 8th, 2010 · No Comments · Poker News

The PokerStars.net will again support “Big Game” that will have its  debut celebration of Fox. The regular show will present the full action in the first week together with poker players such as Daniel Negreanu, Phil Hellmuth, Doyle Brunson, Phil Laak, and  Tony G. this event will feature $100,000 buy-in and $200/$400 blinds.

Chris Rose and Joe Stapleton will serve as the host for the broadcast team for the “Big Game”. An interview was done together with Rose and the PokerNewsDaily to give some hint about the coming event. Rose will also update viewers on his Twitter account, @chris_rose14.

Some questions were asked just like his involvement with announcing poker. One of the most awaited question to be answered by Rose was the action that will take off during the “Big Game”. He says, “The fact that you have poker pros salivating for the chance to sit at a table with a fish with $100,000 in front of them is great. A lot of amateur players have never had that kind of money walking into that situation. We’re all able to put ourselves in that person’s chair. The “loose cannon” is really the wild card. Some of them get lucky, some of them are very bright players, and some end up limping away. It’s really cool because you can identify with them.”

His interaction with co-host Joe Stapleton was also asked. Other questions were also raised during the conversation just like his views about other games aside from poker.
